• Structuring and consolidating a banking syndicate, if necessary
• Presenting and, if necessary, compiling the required documents to obtain a binding loan commitment
• Negotiating the loan agreement on your behalf or together with you
• Establishing the required drawdown conditions according to the loan agreement by presenting documents and renegotiating payment conditions, if necessary
